Springboard Classes: Springboard and Pilates Mat work

This class is a “switch” type of class. We will begin with a warm-up followed by 10 minutes of light weights. Then half of the class participants will experience the Pilates work on the springboard and the other half on the mat, they will then switch places and enjoy the feedback of mat work vs. spring resistance.

This class is very functional and will offer a deeper understanding of the Pilates method.
